Acquiring knowledge related with the basics of building technology.

Enabling students to make selection and definition of technology for certain types of works in construction. Acquired knowledge is directly applied in the engineering practice.

Fundamentals of construction technology. Explanations of the technology of construction works: earthworks, concrete works, reinforcement works, carpentry works, masonry works. Preparation of construction site plan. Basic calculations (bill of quantities , defining costs, defining basic resources).

Teaching is carried out through lectures (power point presentations) and consultations. To pass succesfully, students must meet the required knowledge level from all forms of pre-exam and exams obligations.
