Students gain general knowledge and specific skills based on which they become competent for the analysis process of the company and its functional structure, analysis of the factors in companies and their mutual interdependence, generating alternative solutions, and selecting the best organizational structure, addressing specific organizational problems at the time of operation in the enterprise environment - the market and the management of a firm and the company as a whole.

Teaching in the case include: Lectures, practical analysis of specific examples of organizational structures of companies; auditory exercises in which are shown examples in the form of elaborate organizational and managerial methods and techniques and the development of seminar work, which is an independent student work - a case study for a company from the perspective of the organization of the management. Seminar work is done in exercises and extra-curricular time.
