Dejana Gladić in the school year 2016/17, after finishing high school, enrolled in studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, study program Information Systems Engineering. She completed her basic academic studies with an average grade of 9.63, with a total of 240 ECTS points. She defended her diploma thesis entitled "Design and development of the process of extraction, transformation and filling within a data warehouse for monitoring student achievements in the teaching process" on 25. September 2020. with a grade of 10. In school year 2020/21, she enrolled in the Master's academic studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, study program Information Systems Engineering. She completed her Master's academic studies with an average grade of 10, with a total of 60 ESPB points. She defended her Master's thesis entitled "Implementation of a hybrid data management solution of the information system of agricultural holdings for pig breeding" on September 29. September 2022. with a grade of 10. In school year 2022/23 she enrolled PhD academic studies for the narrower scientific field of Information Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
During the 2019/2020 school year she was engaged as a student demonstrator at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Technical ciences, University of Novi Sad.
On 5. November 2020, she was elected to the position of teaching associate for the narrower scientific field of Information Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management.
On 1. November 2022, she was elected to the position of teaching assistant for the narrower scientific field of Information Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management.
