The goal of this course is to introduce students to the basic principles and roles of human resource management in the engineering management.Also, the goal is to overcome the methodological frameworks for research in the human resources management, as well as the insight into the literature that directs further development of the scientific discipline.
Knowledge about the practical implications of human resource management in a framework of organizational management, especially related to engineering management.The outcome of the course is to develop the skills of insight into the relevant literature in the field, as well as the ability of an analytical scientific approach to the problem of man in the process of work
The role of human resources in modern organizations; Problems in recruitment and selection processes; Creating an organization's culture; Climate organizations; Knowledge economy; Teamwork; Stress and conflict; Engineering psychology; Motivation of employees; Protection of employees.
Teaching is done interactively, with the active participation of students in the teaching process. Each teaching unit follows the exercises in which case studies acquire skills and coexistence for human resources management, and manages the necessary tools for successfully solving human resource problems.
