The goal of course is the training of students for design of safety and health at work in accordance with the requirements of modern international management standards and legislation for this issue. During the program, students become familiar with all the elements needed for the design, implementation, testing and review of the system of health and safety at work.
Through this course, candidates winning expertise required to design and manage an effective system of health and safety at work. Students will perform practical examples identifying risks and hazards in the workplace, assess the risks associated with the selected methodology and define the goals and programs to lower levels of risk. In addition, students will prepare the necessary documents, the system of health and safety issues such as policies, procedures and guidelines.

The method of teaching is based on auditory lectures and exercises that are accompanied by slides with practical examples. It is anticipated that students work on exercises to solve practical problems in the design and implementation of the system of health and safety at work. Seminar work, which evaluates the presentation, consists of several elements such as: creating political systems of health and safety at work, the identification of hazards and hazards, risk assessment and definition of the objectives and programs for the reduction of the level of risk at a particular workplace, making improvement project of health and safety and designing procedures of the health and safety system.
