The objective of the course is to train students to understand modern corporate governance tools that involve the completion and integration of the strategic components of the thinking necessary for engineers in managerial positions in the enterprise. During the course, students will learn modern business process control tools and their relationship in order to achieve a qualitative control environment of the organization. The objective of the course is to introduce controlling instruments for accounting, control, rapid closing of business books, ERP, IMS, financial management and control, ERM, internal audit and other control mechanisms in the process of key management of operational and financial risk.
After the course student should acquire: knowledge and skills needed for application of international standards, instruments, procedures and models of internal control systems in an organization; knowledge for practical application of instruments and techniques of integrated control systems. After the course and passed exam students will be able to: use models and tools for analysis of control environment in the companies and organizations, make conclusions, suggest and compare different strategies, create reports and recommendations for capital owners and managers, participate in the improvement of business processes regarding efficiency of control tracks.
