The aim of the subject Implementation of automated systems is to master the knowledge necessary for the creation, commissioning and maintenance of automated systems. The objective of the course is for a graduate master engineer of mechatronics to gain competences in order to be able to independently design automated devices and systems, to put them into operation and maintain during work.
Students who attend the course and pass the exam are trained to design, build, put into operation and maintain control systems. The objective of the course is that master engineer of mechatronics acquires competences that allow him to independently design automated devices and systems, to put them into operation and maintain during work.
Introduction to IAS. Requirements specifications. Requirements analysis. Criteria for selecting equipment. Designing method selection. Project models. Installation/operation. Maintenance. Fault search.
Teaching is conducted through lectures and exercises. During the exercises the student is required to do practice-oriented tasks. All exercises take place in a laboratory with appropriate equipment. Evaluation of knowledge is carried out through the subject project and the final exam. The requirement for taking the final exam is that the student must successfully complete the project. The final exam is in written form.
