Acquiring proficient knowledge and competences for individual, group and collective art work in the area of scene design, as well as participation in curatorial projects.

Qualifying students for in-depth, knowledge based and argumentaive creative thinking and acting in various artistic and curatorial scene design practices.

Artistic phenomena and artistic forms in scene design. Intersecting, mixing and overlapping of media in scene design art work. Multimedia nature of scene design. Scene design in relation to multimedia, transmedia, synaestetic, mixed-media and crossover arts. Scenic means and other media in scene design art work. Various authors' approaches to scene design as multimedia art. Various curatorial approaches to scene design as multimedia art.
