Course content:

The most important balance sheet indicators (indicators; yield, cash flow, ROI, ROE, ROCE), an indicator of balance sheet structure. Techniques presentations statements controllers osmišljabvanje presentation content. Problems with data collection. Controlling report 4-window. A practical example of the report controller (recording problem, start solving the problem, the key points of the report). Offering a controlling. Controlling development perspective (the current state and development prospects of controlling as an academic discipline and applications of business practice).
