The goal of the course is to master business organization models based on the principles of digital economy which will enable students to make and implement development decisions in companies in order to ensure sustainable development and competitiveness in the period of accelerated technological development and innovation. Students will be presented with knowledge necessary to create development business strategies, establish a framework for innovation management and models for innovating products and services using technological solutions, tools and technologies
The student will master the knowledge necessary to create development business strategies, to establish a framework for innovation management and models for innovating products and services using technological solutions, tools and technologies. With the acquired knowledge, Academic Specialist in Engineering Management for Digital Transformation will design sustainable models of business development with the ability to anticipate business and technological changes.

Social Entrepreneurship. Methodology of design thinking in business. Modeling a sustainable business solution.
Teaching on the course includes lectures, lectures with examples, lectures of visiting lecturers and experts, simulation and modeling business strategies for a sustainable business. Exercises are created to encourage individuality, originality and innovativeness of students, while mastering teamwork methods in projects for creating sustainable business models, presenting and analyzing case studies, scenarios and situational management, reproduction of the companys development time track in the course of a sustainable business. Exercises are partly implemented with a computer.
