Educational goal:

The aim of the course is to understand the basic principles of interpersonal intelligence, pointing to the need for analysis and use of interpersonal intelligence in large, medium and small systems. Interpersonal intelligence is the use of a collective knowledge of an organization with the aim of achieving competitive advantage and making better business decisions.

Educational outcome:

Students will be trained to: (1) identify the key concepts of interpersonal intelligence (2) the application of the interpersonal intelligence tool in business (3) the use of a systematic method of data collection (4) adopting the components of interpersonal intelligence through business data, information and knowledge (5) Increasing the intelligence of organizations and employees (6) analyze information from the business environment (8) identify specific organizational needs, design and manage processes of interpersonal intelligence.

Course content:

Interpersonal Intelligence in Contemporary Business: History and Development of Interpersonal Intelligence; The reasons for interpersonal intelligence; Connection of interpersonal intelligence with business strategy, human resources, organizational learning and other business activities; Observing the outer context of an organization. Analysis of interpersonal intelligence: the development of concepts of interpersonal intelligence, competitive intelligence, organizational intelligence, the perspective of interpersonal intelligence in business; The strategy of interpersonal intelligence: the need for interpersonal intelligence, the strategic and tactical goals of interpersonal intelligence; Storing data using tools of interpersonal intelligence; Relationship of information-information-knowledge; The process of gathering information; Using knowledge to make business decisions; Research of competitive activities; The use of methods, tools and applications of interpersonal business intelligence; Model of interpersonal intelligence; Employee intelligence: cognitive abilities, analytical perceptual abilities, emotional intelligence, social intelligence;

Teaching methods:

Teaching on the subject in addition to theoretical content is supported by examples from real work processes. Team exercises, team discussions, case studies from practice will be encouraged within the exercise.
