Educational goal:

Corporate communications consider quality and responsible approach to informations, processes and employees. Organizational success is very dependable on corporate communications. The objective of this course is integration of channels and processes of corporate communications, advantages and possible disadvantages and their continual improvement.

Educational outcome:

After completing all tasks on this course students will be able to consider possibilities, apply knowledge about successful corporate communication management of communication and techniques of corporate communication development.

Course content:

Management of corporate communication consists of the following parts: theoretical approach to communication process and the practice of business communication, tasks of human resource manager in the field of business communications, aspects of business communication, organizing communication channels in the organization and with stakeholders, training and supporting employees in interpersonal communication, personality traits and environmental factors relevant to successful communication, problems caused by interpersonal communication and problem solving, use of electronic resources for information exchange.
