Educational goal:

Introduction to the concepts of effective management, smart business, smart economy activity. The use of methods and techniques of intelligent business processes in use and analysis of key business process performance of the company. Studying the foundation for the development of innovative capabilities and promote the hidden knowledge to solve problems of decision making on the basis of valid and common data stored in databases information systems companies.

Educational outcome:

Increasing capability of students for understanding and applying effective management in solving practical problems, the ability to accept new knowledge and possibilities of their use in order to adapt to new changes in the environment and the company.

Course content:

Limiting the problem, standardization - Long-term strategies, to comply with company policy - What is the effective management - Values ??and support of intelligent economy - levers of intelligent business - intelligent business processes - Implementation of intelligent business -Influence of Operations Management - Lean concept - Practical philosophy of intelligent business solutions

Teaching methods:

Lectures with examples of global standards in the development of intelligent business. Exercises where students analyse examples of effective management, development and practical examples of the paper related to solving practical problems.
