Educational goal:

The course is designed to familiarize students with the concept, history, and development of globalization as a process that combines technical, technological, economic, sociological, cultural and political forces, as well as to give students a knowledge of international business in terms of globalization, it is necessary for the successful adoption of making in the contemporary global environment.

Educational outcome:

The task of the course is that the students affected by the formation of attitudes and work values ??that could contribute to the creation of quality jobs and employment in conditions of globalization. Students are expected to review all relevant factors of globalization that contribute to quality work, and the formation of knowledge about the capabilities and managerial procedures that would create the conditions for successful and quality business.

Course content:

The concept and the essence of globalization and the determinants of the components of globalization. Measuring globalization of the effects, positive and negative aspects of globalization and the impact of globalization on management. International institutions, international regional integration, the position of the developing and transition countries in the process of globalization, international markets, international business Determinants, dynamics and structure of international trade. The growth of international cooperation and the cooperative development of transnational corporations. The theory of joint ventures and the development of mixed enterprises. Access to the general model of international production and operations.
