Acquiring knowledge in creating a professional portfolio of employees' interests through an interactive process of work with an advisor that helps managers and organizations to demonstrate professional goals and achievements. The professional portfolio includes a profession profile and a profile of employers in the labor market and represents a mechanism that implies a cyclical process of professional development of employees. The goal of a professional portfolio is to use the resources of the organization, as well as its own resources through a standard framework, through a continuous process of matching occupational profiles with the profile of employers. The portfolio provides recognition in the labor market and more efficient implementation of professional goals, as well as the goals of the organization.

Students will be trained to: (1) define and create a professional portfolio of employee interests (2) use a portfolio to create new ideas, interests and behaviors in cooperation with the supervisor (3) analyze the process of self-evaluation and evaluation of the organization (4) application of the portfolio method for building Competencies and professional identities (5) recognize an adequate employer profile (6) create an employer's porfolio;

Professional portfolio of occupations: definition, subject and goals of the portfolio; The importance of the portfolio of interests for contemporary organizations; Portfolio design; Trends in the use of professional portfolio; Process of creating a portfolio: the characteristics of a professional certificate; Identification, analysis and comparison of different types of employers' porforms, professional portfolio structure for managers, creation of professional portfolio by consultants, portfolio maintenance; The role of a professional portfolio: a tool for self-evaluation and evaluation; A portfolio of professional goals and training for the implementation of the action plan; Improving professional status through a supervisory program with managers; Portfolio - asset of competitive advantage; Complete the portfolio in work with the advisor; benefit from an effective advisory process for managers and organization; Professional counseling in the function of a professional portfolio: the role of professional counseling and supervision for the continuous progress of employees and organization; Objectives of professional counseling; Professional counseling strategy, models of professional counseling, benefit from counseling for professional growth.

The theoretical content of tecahing is supported by examples from real work processes. In the exercises to encourage group work, team discussions, analysis of case studies.
