The objective of the course is to introduce students to the basics on which the Toyotin production system is based and with all the key elements of this approach, and then to train students in the application of these elements in logistic processes

After finishing the lectures and passed the exam, students will be able to identify all wastes in logistic processes (Toyota's 7 + 1 wastes) and to identify possible improvements that will mitigate or eliminate those wastes.
