Students are able to think in an abstract way and acquire basic knowledge in this field.

Students will learn and understand the relationship between quality and competitiveness of the company, the relationship of different stakeholders in relation to quality, which are indicators of product quality, the importance of continuous quality improvement at the level of organization and activities in the process. Students will be introduced to the basics of quality management systems, especially on the examples of postal organizations.
