Acquiring basic knowledge regarding fundamental skills of being a product manager. Insight into the core concepts of an enterprise product management. Learn the product management foundations: research and development. Get introduced to best practices to buttress development and marketing. Introduction to the Volere technique of requirement engineering, and the importance of following the Brown-Cow model to conceive an innovative work product.

Knowledge of the main personal traits that somebody should possess in the role of a product manager. Insight into the basic mechanism of industrial product control, and ways of interrelating research, development and marketing inside/around a single product. Knowledge about an efficient requirements engineering revolving around the Volere technique. Insight into the important factors of product innovations as well as ingredients to sparkle creative processes to attain innovation.

Fundamental traits of a successful product manager. Mechanisms of industrial product control including interrelations between research, development and marketing. Requirements engineering using the Volere technique. Methods to support and sparkle innovations (Brown-Cow model for defying a product vision). Research and analysis of market opportunities as well as creating ads and selling products.
