Visa & permits

<eng>Citizens of many countries, including most European countries, can enter Serbia without visas for up to 90 days. To check whether you need a visa, visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.

In case you need a visa to enter Serbia please get informed with the following:

  • Legal regulations for foreigners in Serbia.

 

Register after arrival

Every person who is not the citizen of the Republic of Serbia should register its arrival in Serbia at the closest police station. If you are staying in a hotel, this will be done by the hotel staff, while if you are staying in private accommodation you should register the stay in the nearest police station within 24 hours of arrival.
