Consideration of the legal aspects of insurance and source of insurance.
The knowledge acquired will be used in further studies and in-service training so that the student will be opsposobljen sources of law to apply in making the contract, the assessment and claim settlement.
- Parties and others in the Contract of insurance - policyholder, the insured, the beneficiary of insurance - joint stock insurance, mutual insurance company - Brokers and insurance agents and agencies providing other insurance services - Serbian Association of Insurance Companies - Sources of law - Laws, bylaws, general and special conditions of business - insurance policy and coverage list - insurance contract - Signing of an insurance contract - the right and obligations of policyholders - Rights and Obligations of Insurers.
Lectures and auditory exercises. Lectures presents the theoretical part of the curriculum, followed karakterističnimstudijama case. For auditory exercises, students solve case studies extending teoretskaznanja acquired.
