Modern business and managerial problems are becoming more and more complex and complex knowledge as well as appropriate competencies is needed to solve them, which necessitates the introduction of the concept of organizational learning in enterprises. The main objective of the course represents the mastering of basic knowledge about the implementation of the concept of organizational change and organizational learning and its contribution to the sustainable management of organizations.
Based on the acquired knowledge and studied teaching content, students will be trained to understand how the organization changes, builds, complements and organizes knowledge within its business culture. A graduate engineer of management acquires competencies for understanding the role and importance of organizational knowledge and learning as a critical resource for achieving the competitive advantage of the organization in the new knowledge economy.

Lectures and exercises are conceived through interactive group work, experimental exercises and case studies.
