It is taught in order to acquire general knowledge and specific skills for understanding socio-economic vulnerability and organizing insurance programs for persons as a tool for managing personal risks.
After the course has been passed and passed the exam students will be trained to conduct an analysis and assessment of the socio-economic vulnerability of the population and to independently perform the activities of acquiring and liquidating life insurance.
The concept of social vulnerability - The concept of economic vulnerability - Population characteristics - Exposure to population risk - Insurance as a way of managing personal risks - Differences between life and non-life insurance types - Technical basics of insurance of persons - Life insurance policies - Types of life insurance contract.
Teaching activity is organized through the presentation of the findings and practical exercises with case studies.
