The aim of the course is to acquire advanced knowledge in the field of electronic government systems and introducing students to the current research in this area. Also, students are getting familiar with the different phases through which e-government systems are passing.

Learning outcomes are the knowledge and skills of students in independent and team scientific and research work in the field of eGovernment systems. Upon completion of the course, students will be introduced to the existing open problems of electronic administration, as well as the basic techniques that are applied in order to explore them.

Modern eGovernment systems. Strategy for development eGovernment systems. Data integration from different sources. Open data. Key components of the eGovernment implementation phase. Readiness for electronic Government. Privacy in eGovernment systems. Case studies, research and development projects in the field of electronic government systems.

Lectures are conducted in a combined way. Leacturing of the theoretical part is followed by examples which serve to clarify the theoretical part of the curriculum. In addition to the lectures, consultations are held regularly. Through study research student, studying scientific journals and other literature, independently deepens the subject. In addition to working with the student teacher is trained to write his own scientific work in the chosen field.
