The subject is studied in order to acquire knowledge, skills and ability to research, analyze and improve the characteristics - performances of the work process of the company, assess the degree of effectiveness of process performance and comparison with similar processes in enterprises.

Students gain knowledge, skills and abilities to apply the methods and techniques of analysis and improvement of process performance in the company or competence to conduct the business processes in all companies.

The performance of the manufacturing process, methods of performance analysis of production functions. BSC (Balanced Scorecard) performance analysis model. Defining and determining key performance indicators production functions - KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

Teaching in the case include: Lectures with practical examples of performance analysis of production functions, computational exercises in which specific tasks are developed and produced an essay that students work independently - performance analysis tool manufacturing company in particular. The case project is done in exercises and extra-curricular time.
