Acquiring the experience of various performing practices in the field of music-scene art on examples of various performers and applying those experiences in creating scene design artwork.

Acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of performing arts, which will contribute to the creation processes in the areas of stage architecture, technique and design.

Introduction and definition of terms and means used by the performer in the (musical) performing space. Sound, music, stage, performance, spectacle. The similarities and differences of the music artist in different artistic media - from concert performances to applied music, theatre, film and visual arts.

Lectures, practice, critical workshops, practical exercises, individual and group consultations oriented toward role of a performer in performing space. Workshops include lectures, discussions, and critical evaluation student’s artwork, as well as artwork from professional practices including study visits to significant artistic events (performances, concerts, etc.). During the semester students work on the project related to perfornace in music, theatre and other performing arts.
