Getting to know with tendencies of the development of safety and health at work in mechanical engineering.

Course content:

Previous development safety at work in mechanical engineering. The development of the principles of equipment to work with the security aspect design. Characterization of structural defects. Simulation behavior mechanical construction in exploitation. Methods of design and testing of protective devices. Part of teaching the course is conducted through independent study and research in areas related to the case. Research work includes active monitoring of primary scientific sources, organizing and conducting experiments and statistical analyzes, numerical simulations, possibly in the area of writing subjects.

Teaching methods:

Lectures, independent study research work, consultancy. Lectures are conducted in combination. Lectures presents the theoretical part of the material accompanied by characteristic examples for easy understanding of the material. Through study research work student, studying scientific journals and other literature and own deepens curriculum with lectures. In addition to working teacher with the student, he is trained to write own scientific work.
