Educational goal:

Acquisition of advanced knowledge about the harmful effects of chemicals in the workplace to living organisms, as well as the possible consequences of these effects. Some way to prevent poisoning and prevention of adverse effects of chemical substances, the latest generation.

Educational outcome:

Qualifications for understanding the effects of chemical pollution on specific organs and tissues in the body, as well as certain groups of poisons.Ability to implement adequate preventative measures to prevent accidents as well monitoring trends concerning chemical hazards and regulations in this area.

Course content:

Study the effects of chemicals on organisms newer generation and characteristics that determine the ability of a substance to cause adverse effects on living organisms. Examines the nature, frequency and mechanisms of these changes, as well as factors that influence the direction and intensity of development. Studied at entry of the body, the distribution of it, the mechanisms of harmful effects, and ways of eliminating toxins. Workplaces with an increased risk of exposure to toxic substances.
