Educational goal:

Improving and deepening of theoretical knowledge, competence and skills in the field of quality management of work environment. Acquisition of the key information about the quality parameters of work environment and further theoretical and applied analysis of key parameters and their management in order to improve the quality parameters of work environment.

Educational outcome:

Achievement of the necessary level of knowledge, skills and competence within the multidisciplinary field of Occupational Safety Engineering, along with specific theoretical and application analysis of the quality parameters of the work environment and the methods and techniques for their improvement.

Course content:

Workplace and work environment. Quality parameters of the work environment. Metrological characteristics of system for measurement of quality parameters of work environment. Measures and means of providing optimal conditions for the parameters of the work environment. Monitoring and parameter management of work environment. Application of the appropriate software solution for this issue.

Teaching methods:

Classes are held in the form of interactive lectures within which there is theoretical part of the subject matter, as well as presentation of the typical examples from the practice alongside with practical assignments. In addition to lectures, consultations are held regularly. Course research work includes: active monitoring of primary scientific sources, organizing and conducting experiments and numerical simulations, as well as the writing of the paper within the specific scientific field.
