Educational goal:

Acquiring practical knowledge about functioning and organization of the companies and institutions dealing with environmental engineering issues as a profession the student is trained for, and possibilities of practical application of previously acquired theoretical knowledge.

Educational outcome:

Enabling students to apply previously acquired theoretical knowledge for solving specific, practical, environmental engineering problems within observed company or institution. Introducing students to the activities of the company or institution, management and operating methods, as well as job positions and role of environmental engineers in the company’s organizational structures.

Course content:

It is formed for each student individually in agreement with the professional practice supervisor and company or institution management where the professional practice is performed, and in accordance with the needs of the profession in the field of environmental engineering.

Teaching methods:

Consultations and writing of the professional practice report where the student describe all performed activities and jobs done during the professional practice.
