?-business, Electronic Commerce, Electronic Payments, Types of Electronic Markets, E-Commerce Security, User Behavior, Analysis of Postal Electronic Services: Public Internet access point in post offices, Web information on services and tariffs Postal electronic mailbox, Online direct mail, Postal registered electronic mai,l Electronic stamp, Customized electronic stamps, Electronic postage stamps, Electronic signature, E-telegram, E-cards, e-delivery confirmation, ON-LINE change of address on shipments, Electronic applications for postal service, postal m-services. Development of electronic services in postal traffic.

Teaching methods:

Lectures. Practice classes, computational exercises, consultations and visits to selected posta traffic facilities.
