Acquiring knowledge in the field of defining the distribution, structure and location of postal network units, adopting the principle that determines the position and location of the postal network facilities in relation to accessibility, visibility, capacity and availability in relation to traffic flows, principles of planning of technological flows and designing of units Postal networks as well as the problems of the impact of telecommunication infrastructure and technology on urban development and urban design.

Mastering the knowledge necessary for positioning and building postal network units and managing the network of telecommunication infrastructure in changing social circumstances and the challenges of the development and functioning of modern cities and smaller settlements, villages.

Structure, organization and distribution of postal network, classification and function of postal network units, principles of technological processes development in postal network-typologies, technological and spatial-functional conditions for designing technological process and parameters for dimensioning of postal network facilities, technological and spatial-functional conditions for designing a technological workplace and user space in postal network facilities.
