Students learn to design imersive virtual spaces and environments in different disciplines. The knowledge that they gain allows them to understand and apply the basic rules of immersive surroundings and the impact of space design on the users in video games, architecture, construction engineering, animation, medicine and many other areas.
To apply acquired knowledge in the further educational process as well as in the future professional work.
Introduction to defining the basic design principles of imersive space and their applications in different disciplines. The theory and application through the history of space development in architecture and urbanism and their impact on the development of virtual environments. Working with 3D modeling software such as: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Maya, Blender and others. Working with real-time engines and tools used for making interactive visualizations: Unreal Engine, Unity and others.
Lectures, computer exercises, consultations.
