The course is designed to advance students' knowledge gained through the course of Supply Chain Management. Through this course, students will be able to identify all phenomena that are considered undesirable in modern supply chains, as well as to improve the existing system by eliminating these losses / wastes

Course content:

Lean system, principles, 7+1 waste, Eliminate All Waste in the Supply Chain So That Only Value Remains, Advancements in Technology To Improve The Supply Chain, Make Customer Usage Visible To All Members of The Supply Chain, Reduce Lead Time, Create a Level Flow/Level Load, Use Pull Systems - Kanban, Increase Velocity, Throughput and Reduce Variation, Collaborate and Use Process Discipline, Focus on Total Cost of Fulfillment
