Educational goal:
Health Care Quality Management System is the subject studied for obtaining the basic knowledge necessary for quality management in health care system. Subject include all the activities in the processes of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement
Educational outcome:
The student, as a modern manager in the future, will be introduced to the basic concepts and principles of working processes quality management. In the context of the today`s needs, this knowledge is necessary for each manager in order to have successful communication (internal and external), successful resources management under his jurisdiction and it is the necessary foundation for the development of personal carrier and survival and development of organization in which they are going to work.
Course content:
Place and role of quality system in the organization • Requirements of the environment • Quality of the system, process and services • Quality control • Quality assurance • Requirements of quality by the loop of quality and the way of their satisfaction • Quality cost • Quality improvement and human resources • Models of integrated quality system
Teaching methods:
Teaching is carried out through auditory lectures followed by slides and auditory exercises that deepen the solving of certain problems. Lectures and exercises are accompanied by a large number of examples from practice. The development of a homework assignment is also envisaged, and the concrete practical problem is solved on its own.
