Insurance and risk - Risk theory - Risk types - Risk classification - Risk management - Understanding risk management - Premium rates risk management- Risk management process - Basic risk management rules - Catastrophic risks - Risk by insurance tariffs- Realization of risks in insurance - Business intelligence and risk management

Teaching methods:

Lectures and auditory exercises. Lectures presents the theoretical part of the course, followed by typical case studies. In auditory exercises, students solve case studies by extending the acquired theoretical knowledge.
