The objective Development of Human Resources Management course is primarily to familiarize students with the role and significance of human resources in the processes of work. Modern business flows increasingly point to the need to study human characteristics of personality and behavior of employees in organizations. The conditions of increasingly quicker and more complex changes put human activity on the forefront. Human capital that forms the basis and other segments of the intellectual capital of the organization, requires the construction of special approaches, especially in the conditions of instability, in which our country is located. The subject is focused on general knowledge of all factors that determine the behavior of employees and the perception of the possibilities for their optimal functioning.

The objective of the course is to influence students in shaping attitudes and work values that could contribute to the creation of high-quality jobs and working relationships. Students are expected to see all the relevant factors that contribute to quality work performance, and the formation of knowledge about opportunities and managerial procedures to create conditions for successful and quality business.

Teaching is done interactively, with active participation of students in the teaching process. The number of exercises has increased with the aim to get theoretical approaches and practically explain and approach students.
