Educational goal:

The course is intended to help students: to analyze and plan business resources and to know the potential technological solutions to computerize the management systems of the company; to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge about ERP systems; make critical assessments in using and implementing ERP systems; contribute at a high level to the creation and adoption of a systematic, professional and quality approach to ERP systems.

Educational outcome:

By the end of the course, students will master techniques that will enable them: to apply their knowledge and their ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments within contexts related to business resource planning. They will learn how to communicate their conclusions to specialist and non-specialist audiences in the field clearly and unambiguously. They will also be able to integrate and use available technical systems and applications and computer supported systems.

Course content:

Business process planning and integration in ERP systems. Integrated logistics scenarios. Internal control procedures integration. Human resource management. Management and production planning. Sales management and CRM. Financial accounting and cost accounting.

Teaching methods:

Teaching is done through lectures and exercises that are performed in the computer lab.
