The aim of this course is to familiarize students with theoretical concepts, current research frameworks and models, as well as practical aspects (practices) in the field of quality management excellence models. These elements are brought into conjunction with the opinions of academics and professionals, with the aim to identify research goals, problems and research rationale.

After completing this course and passing the exam, students will gain knowledge about theoretical backbone, as well as the ability to plan their research, with respect to the significance of research goals, problems and research rationale.

The key dimensions of quality management, the key dimensions of the excellence models of quality management, the relationship between aforementioned concepts, the operationalization of the of quality management dimensions, with respect to research goals, problems and the research rationale.

Lectures, research work, consultations. The rating is based on the success of the project and an oral exam.
