The course introduces students to the field of research and study of the latest trends in the implementation of lean system in the healtcare. The focus of the work will be on the study of works in this field, published in the journals on the SCI list published in the year preceding the teaching term, as well as on analyzing the possible directions of further research

After passing the exam, students will be able to substantially understand lean and its benefits in the case of healthcare implementation, be able to identify all factors that have an impact on the attainment of the goals of the health system and who can distinguish between the success and failure of a health organization . It will also have a detailed knowledge of this area.
