The course introduces students to the field of research and study of the latest trends in the field of logistics. The focus of the work will be on studying papers in this field published in the journals on the SCI list, in the year preceding the teaching term, as well as on analyzing the possible directions for further research

After passing the exam, students will be able to substantially understand lean logistics, will be able to identify all factors that have an impact on lean logistics and who can distinguish between success and failure of the organization. It will also have a detailed knowledge of this area.

Lean Logistics and its components, Impact of lean logistics on organization performance, Complex systems, system dynamics, Critical analysis of implemented systems and development of lean logistics
