Educational goal:

The goal of this course is to enable students to work in an IT environment and Internet applications that are used in the economy, and human resource management (1) transfer function of human resources management and employees with the help of new technologies , (2) software support for the process of human resources management, (3) development of a model for the electronic management of human resources. The goal of this course is to complete and integrate strategic component that engineers need, who occupy positions in the areas of human resource management

Educational outcome:

After completing this course, students will be able to: (1) identify the elements of the development of integrated systems for human resource management in industrial systems, (2) use tools to develop systems and applications for human resource management, (3) participate in the integration and implementation of technical solutions in company.

Course content:

Introduction: The Internet and the human resources in the industry. A new model of management: Human resource management in the Internet environment, typical models of human resource development with the application of new technologies. Communication in the new system: Model of communication and knowledge transfer electronically. Electronic Human Resource Management: Types eHRM, use of electronic resources in the processes of human resource management. Application Software Solutions: ERP, SAP, Moodle, Salesforce, Webex.

Teaching methods:

Lectures, computer exercises and auditory. Lectures presents the theoretical part of the curriculum, followed by typical case studies. For auditory and computer exercises, students solve case studies extending the theoretical knowledge acquired.
