Educational goal:

The goal of course Performance management of employees is the (1) introduction to business enterprises based on performance and strategic importance of this method of operation, (2) identifying the links between organizational and individual performance, (3)analysis of existing and development of desired performance of employees in the company, (4)acquiring the knowledge necessary for the implementation of the system of estimating the performance of employees in the business processes of the company, and (5) introduce with basic significant performance of employees and on them based competences important for the success of contemporary industrial systems.

Educational outcome:

It is expected that students after completing the courses and passing the exam (1) understand the principles of business based on key performance, (2) understand the need for a strategic relationship to the performance of the organization and performance of its employees, (3) analyze the current performance of the company, organization and individual to develop these measures, (4) have the practical knowledge necessary for the creation of key competencies and (5) implementation of master system performance evaluation in business processes.

Course content:

The concept of performance in human resource management - strategic aspect, linking organizational and individual performance; components of performance management, organizational and individual; planning process performance (defining target performance), performance evaluation and definition of target performance indicators; Alignment gap between planned and actual performance; Feedback feedback on the results of performance evaluation; development Plan key performance at the organizational level; conflicts in the process of performance evaluation, development and promotion of employees based on performance, rewarding employees on the basis of actual performance

Teaching methods:

Teaching is performed complementing the theoretical concept of class and work on the exercises in order to have a more realistic and more comprehensive consideration of further development of key performance of employees in the organization.
