The objective of the course is to provide the student with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge for working on jobs that are directly related to Managing relationships with business partners
After completing the course and passing the exam, students will be able to understand the need to cultivate good relationships with business partners and will be able to design work procedures and communication with business partners in a way that is most suitable for long-term development of a job. Also, by analyzing and evaluating the quality of the service provided to the business partner, it will be able to establish the value of an individual partner for the organization and perform the necessary segmentation of services as well as to influence the strengthening of the relationship between the organization and business partners, or maintaining the most important business partners. During the course, students will be introduced to the most familiar tools used in business partner management processes, as well as current trends in the area
