Educational goal:

Total Quality Management (TQM) is studied in order to obtain the basic knowledge necessary for the understanding of the concept (TQM), its history, the basic principles of previous approaches and positive impact on the organization. Candidates study the various aspects of management (TQM), and in particular its contribution to a systematic improvement of the quality system in general.

Educational outcome:

The candidate, as a modern manager,is introduced to the basic concepts and principles of TQM. This knowledge, in the context of the needs imposed by modern business is necessary for any manager to do their job successfully, and its continuous improvement.

Teaching methods:

Lectures. Auditory (A) and laboratory (L) exercises. Consultation. The rating is based on the success of the laboratory exercises, group assignments, test assignment and an oral exam.
