Educational goal:

Students will acquire knowledge, skills and ability to research, analyze and develope characteristics - performances of processes in an enterprise, parts of enterprises and enterprises as a whole, the assessment of the degree of effectiveness of the enterprise and comparison with other companies.

Educational outcome:

Students gain knowledge, skills and abilities to apply methods and techniques of analysis and improvement of enterprise performances, and competence to conduct the business in all the processes and functions of the company.

Course content:

Performances of Marketing function; Performances of Development function, Performances of Commercial function; Performances of Production function; Performances of Economic function, Performances of Human resources function; Performances of Logistics function; Performances of Management function (company as a whole); Methods for analysing company performances. BSC (Balanced Scorecard) model for performances analysis. Defining and determining Key Performance Indicators.

Teaching methods:

Teaching in the subject include: Lectures with practical examples of analysis of company performance, exercises in which specific tasks are developed and produced an essay that students work independently - performance analysis for a specific company. Seminar work is done in exercises and extra-curricular time.
