The main objective of this course is to enable students to conduct performance analysis of some recurring problem, to interpret the results, and on this basis to define the actions that will lead to more effective (successful) and safely operations.

After completing the course and passing the exam, the students will be trained to analyze every technical, organizational or technological problem and designing improved activities

Identifying and defining problems, preliminary analysis, setting up a troubleshooting team, detailed analysis with the collection of reliable data, identifying root cause, defining a new way of working, assessing the sustainability of the new mode of operation, adopting and implementing a new mode of operation

Teaching is done through auditory lectures and exercises, which are accompanied by slides and that further elaborate on solving specific problems. And lectures and exercises are accompanied by a large number of practical examples.
