The objective of the course of Management of Small and Medium Enterprises is to provide an adequate theoretical and practical basis, that is, a system approach in the field of analysis of the key factors for the success of the management of small and medium enterprises. Particular attention has been given to understanding the place, role and importance of small and medium enterprises in a dynamic business environment, as well as acquiring the basic knowledge in the management of small and medium enterprises.

Students will be enabled for: 1) assessing business opportunities independently, 2) their market valuation, as well as 3) finding optimal solutions in managing small and medium size enterprises. Students will acquire systemic knowledge on how to manage the processes within the domain of small and medium size enterprises, and how to analyze the impact of both internal and external factors on growth and development of small and medium size enterprises.
