The goal of Human Resource Management course refers primarily to introduce students to the role and importance of human resources in work processes. The course is aimed at a general meeting with all the factors that determine the behavior of employees and understanding the possibilities for their optimal functioning.
The task of the course is that the students affected by the formation of attitudes and work values ??that could contribute to the creation of quality jobs and employment. Students are expected to review all relevant factors that contribute to high-quality performance, and the creation of knowledge about the capabilities and managerial procedures that would create the conditions for successful and quality business.

Teaching is done interactively, with the active participation of students in the teaching process. Each teaching unit is followed by appropriate exercises in the form of case studies or solving the problem of human resources in work processes.
