Educational goal:
Education of students in field of techniques for improvement of vehicle comfort, ergonomics and safety.
Educational outcome:
Student gets a multidisciplinary engineering knowledge in field of techniques for improvement of vehicle comfort, ergonomics and safety vehicle.
Course content:
Technical characteristics of driver's place in passenger and commercial motor vehicles from the ergonomic point of view. Methods for reduction of internal and external noise in motor vehicle. Methods for reduction of vibrations and oscillation in motor vehicle. Methods for improvement of microclimate in motor vehicle. Equipment for improvement of the visibility from motor vehicle. Systems for improvement of passive and active safety in motor vehicle. Systems for improvement of vehicle aerodynamics.
Teaching methods:
Lectures, auditory practice, laboratory practice, consultations.
