Educational goal:
Acquisition of basic and applied knowledge in the area of civil, real and administrative law. Study of basic and applied knowledge in the field of law applied in geodesy, geomechanics and geoinformatics.
Educational outcome:
Acquiring the necessary knowledge in the field of law that is used in professional subjects, in the formulation and solving of engineering problems in geodesy, geomatics and geoinformatics. .
Course content:
Basics of the legal system in the Republic of Serbia and sources of law in the field of geodesy • Fundamentals of European Union law, European civil law, real law and geodesy • Role and structure of the state administration, the function of administration in geodesy • Local government and self-government • Judiciary, administrative procedure • Land book, property • Real Estate Cadastre and Republic Geodetic Authority.
Teaching methods:
In the work on the subject Law and legal regulations in the field of geodesy, the normative-legal method is applied in the presentation of positive legal regulations as well as the legal-analytical method in the preparation of seminar papers and the processing of examples from practice.
